Jenna is 2!

Jenna turned two years old today! I can't believe how fast she is growing! She makes us SOOOO happy! She does so many smart, silly, and adorable things every day! She likes to say "I twooo". She is getting really into singing songs. She frequesntly asks for "bus song", ABC Song", "paco song" (popcorn song) and "noman sonw" (snowman song). And she sings along and does the actions too. SO cute! She is an incredible little talker for her age. Some people seem to think she is talking just as much as she should be and others are blown away and think she is closer to three instead of just turning two. She LOVES crackers! Whenever I ask her what she wants to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, whenever, her answer is always "cackoo" (cracker). She is an amazing sleeper! She goes down for naptime and bedtime for us without a fuss, as long as she has things the way she likes them in her crib anyways. SHe is pretty particular. Her bear has to sleep in one corner and her in the other. And no blankets allowed. She is so funny. :) She calls me "mama" and "money" (mommy). She loves talking on the phone, loading her toy grocery cart and taking care of her babies. She is really into Winnie the Pooh, Curious George, Elmo and Cookie Monster. She got a stuffed Pooh bear for her Birthday and her reaction was priceless. She pulled him out of the bag, looked at him, then gave him a big hug, like she had just found her long lost friend. It was so cute. We had a farm themed birthday party for her with family and a couple of friends. We invited 4 of her little friends and their sibilings, but it is sick season around here, so only one of her friends and his family were able to come. And lots of cousins too. It was lots of fun! :) I'll post pics of her party a bit later. Here is a pic of her on her first birthday, her 1 year old birthday party and her 2 year old birthday party. She's growing so fast!

Fall/Halloween!

I love autumn! The vibrant colors of the falling leaves, the crispness in the air, cute chunky sweaters, boots, hot apple cider, and the list goes on and on! We have had a wonderful Fall season so far! We have taken several drives and walks through the canyon, went to Gardener's Village, we got to go to a few Halloween parties, Trunk or Treating and Trick or Treating for the first time for Jenna. We were pirates for a Halloween party, and Jenna was a warm, snuggly dressed butterfly for trunk and trick or treating! Oh, there is also a picture of Jenna painting for the first time with real paint (as opposed to watercolor or finger paint). She painted beautiful leaves on a tree. :)
