Memorial Day Weekend

We had such a wonderful Memorial Day Weekend! Andrew's parents came up on Friday and stayed until Monday evening. We loved spending time with them and showing them where we live. On Friday evening we went and saw Indiana Jones, then went out to eat. On Saturday, we went hiking at Whitewater State park and had a picnic. We then drove around and toured Rochester for a bit. That evening we had a BBQ and came home and played SCRABBLE! We love that game! On Sunday, after church, we drove up to Stillwater, MN and saw a crazy storm! There was a tornado only 15 min. away from us! We just walked around Stillwater and relaxed that evening (and played Scrabble again). Monday, we walked around some more and shopped in the cute antique and artsy stores in downtown Stillwater. We then went to the Mall of America where we saw Iron Man, ate and shopped. We loved having Andrew's parents with us for the weekend and wish they could stay longer! They are so wonderful and carry such a great spirit with them. It felt so great to be around them. All in all we had a very a enjoyable, fun-filled weekend. Thanks you guys!!!

Interesting

I forgot about this picture and just remembered it today. The photographer told Andrew's parents and Me and Andrew to kiss for the picture, so we did. We had no idea that we had the exact same kissing style though. Weird. My hand would even be in the same position as Kathy's if it weren't for my flowers.

Fun

I was looking at some old pictures we have saved on our computer and I found this video of us when we were in the "I like you but I'm not ready to tell you yet" stage. :) It's fun. :) You can totally tell that we were crushing. ;) We were making banana pancakes and listening to music ( don't worry, we listened to "Banana Pancakes" from Jack Johnson too ) and we started face painting with the batter. :)
